Reads the official sheet format automatically โ columns IndexNumber, Name, Level, CourseCode, ClassScore. Name is ignored; Level, Course, and Score are kept.
Example: 4501, CIVL 368, 78 (no names โ index number only)
Exports currently uploaded scores as a .xlsx file.
Upload the university's blank/partial final sheet (IndexNumber, Name, Level, CourseCode, ClassScore columns). The system fills in ClassScore for any student already scored in the portal, and gives you back a completed file to download โ leaving everything else in the sheet untouched.
Works with any two files, regardless of column names, order, or count โ you match index numbers, then choose which source column fills each target column. Only blank cells in the target file get filled; anything already filled is left untouched.
When ON, once a student looks up their index number on a device, that device can only ever check that same index number again. When OFF, students can search any index number freely.

Add lecturers or teaching assistants by email. Tell them to create an account (or sign in) using this exact email โ their role is applied automatically the moment it matches.
Downloads everything โ scores, courses, reports, settings, blog posts, profile (including your photo), attendance, rosters, team members, and every registered student's index number/name/level โ as one JSON file you can keep safe. Student passwords are never included; those stay securely managed by the sign-in system and can't be exported.
Upload a previously downloaded backup file, then choose exactly which parts to restore. Only the categories you check will be overwritten with the backup's data โ everything else on the live site stays untouched.
Sends a summary of new issue reports, new blog comments, and at-risk attendance (below 75%) from the last 7 days to your email. This is sent on demand โ there's no way for a static site to send this automatically on a schedule, so click it whenever you'd like an update.
Add the courses you want students to be able to select when reporting an issue.
You're logged in as a Teaching Assistant. You can mark attendance, view records, and reply to student issue reports. Uploading scores, managing courses, deleting data, backups, and settings are Main Instructor only.
You're logged in as a Lecturer. You can upload scores, manage courses, mark attendance, manage rosters, and reply to student issue reports. Backups, settings, and deleting data are Main Instructor only.

Uses the Course and Date selected above. Display this QR code in class โ students scan it, allow location access, and mark themselves present. The code auto-refreshes every 90 seconds and only works within 100 meters of where you started the session, so it can't be shared with someone outside class.
